What is a Doula?
A doula is “a woman who serves” the birthing person and their partner in pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. A doula does not replace a partner nor healthcare providers (OB’s and midwives). She works alongside them as part of the birth team to provide the physical, emotional, and informational support needed for creating a positive birthing experience for all.

This is our most popular and complete childbirth education class! This 10 week course offers 25 hours of instruction for all types of births, including hospital births, birthing center births, home births, VBAC births, medicated births, and non-medicated births. This class series runs for 10 weeks for 2.5 hours each week.
